Meet Jess

Hi! I’m Jessica Gabriella Felicio, a photographer and makeup artist based in Winchester, VA, serving VA, Washington DC, WV, MD, PA, and beyond. My love for creativity started young. When I was a kid visiting my grandma’s house in England, one of her friends let me use her camera. I wandered around her garden, taking photos of the flowers, and I remember thinking how amazing it would be to have a camera that nice all the time—and to be able to capture the world through my lens every day. That was the moment I realized photography wasn’t just fun—it was a true passion.

Makeup has always been part of my story too. I grew up putting on my own makeup before school, perfecting my look in the mornings, and then wiping it off before catching the bus because I was a sporty girl who loved playing volleyball and staying active. In high school, friends started asking me to do their prom and homecoming makeup—and to take photos of them too. What started as fun quickly grew into something bigger. Soon I was helping friends and family for all sorts of special occasions, and when I realized how much people wanted my work, I turned my passion into a business—a dream come true that I get to live every single day.

From the very beginning, what made me fall in love with this work wasn’t just the artistry—it was seeing my clients light up, helping them feel confident, and getting to know them personally. That connection, the joy of making people happy, is why I know I’ll love doing this forever.

When I’m not behind the camera or working my brushes, my life is full of plants—over 100 in my house! I love volleyball, hitting the gym, traveling whenever I can, and indulging my inner sushi connoisseur (yes, I take my rolls very seriously). Fashion, design, and spending quality time with my family inspire my creativity and feed my soul.
